Why Americans have such a bad reputation?

I am a British Pakistani, and other British boys went to Pakistan United States, 2 months or so ago. We went to Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Yosemite National Park, Grand Canyon National Park, Salt Lake City, Yellowstone National Park, about 2000 total miles traveled. Everywhere we went the Americans were so friendly! Each club or a restaurant or bar, people were so heartily for us is really left a deep impression on us. People can say "so I went to the" liberal "areas." Not the case, we were right in the heart of Montana Rodeo and seen, people are equal. If we lost at any time, some people were willing to give us your cards with detailed instructions, such things never happen in the United Kingdom. We did not encounter racism everywhere and people have always of their way to be as easy as possible. Since then I have been wondering why Americans are such a bad reputation?

I agree with what you say. Americans have a bad reputation. But think about it, are the only ones? Islam has a bad reputation, the fact the UK, and do not forget North Korea. I'm sure there are many others. America has a bad reputation because everyone hated Bush for all the stupid decisions he made as keeping troops in Iraq. Many people go so far that Americans are responsible for the death of many people, many innocent people in Iraq. People will say they are racists, hate all the countries of Eastern Europe but in reality we all know that this is not true. There are a handful of people evil that are full of racist hate in America, the United Kingdom, Korea .. basically everywhere. And these people give a bad reputation for the rest of the country. We all have things to generalize. People assume a guy from Pakistan, a turban and beard must be a terrorist, because it seems to be a terrorist I saw on television. People think all Americans should be supporters of Bush, when the fact is that most of them do not like. People also assume everyone in the UK was a admirer of Tony Blair, who has followed what has been said Bush. Many people in the UK did not agree with that. The clear trend. The fact that a few people from different countries to give an opinion, that does not mean it is an opinion shared by the entire country. Most people in all countries are friendly, good people. We live in a world where racism is not generally a friendly demeanor. But there's always the minority that is racist and gives a bad reputation for their country. For example, Ku Klux Klan, Islamic terrorists, the leaders of North Korea, Tony Blair, Bush, etc.
